Personalized homeschool planning for real families
Take a breath
Homeschool gets heavy when curriculum, work schedules, learning differences, appointments, big feelings, and ordinary family life are treated like separate problems. I bring those pieces onto one table, look at how they affect each other, and help you decide what truly belongs in this season.
How it works

We meet and sort through the questions together.
I research, test the moving pieces, and create the plan.
We walk through the finished work so you know how to use it.
Choose the depth you need
Every option begins with listening. The difference is how much of the year I build with you—and whether you want guidance, a finished roadmap, a complete planner, or the full digital experience.
Tier A · $1,550 per learner
The most complete Homeschool ICU experience: a deeply personalized year plan, a beautiful finished planner, and a customized Notion calendar your family can adjust in real time.
Tier B · $1,150 per learner
For families who want the same thoughtful full-year planning and beautiful finished planner, but do not need a customized adjustable Notion calendar.
Tier C · $750 per learner
For families who want Sara to organize the year and create the structure, then plan to place the finished roadmap into the calendar system they already use.
Tier D · $500 total
For families who want an experienced second set of eyes and practical help organizing what they already have, while keeping control of the detailed day-to-day build.
Plans change because families change. Tiers A and B may add one $250 partial redo during the service year; Tier C may add one $150 partial redo. It is available once per year and is usually most helpful between the second and third check-in phases.
Planning for more than one learner? Tell me about the whole family in your intake. The first learner is full price, and each additional learner receives 20% off their selected Tier A, B, or C service.
A service built in stages
For Tiers A–C, your approved family total is divided into three payments that follow the work as it happens.
Begins your intake review and reserves your consultation time.
Due after consultation, before I begin the full custom build.
Due before your completed plan and customized materials are released.
The highest-priced learner is counted at full price. Each additional learner receives 20% off their own selected Tier A, B, or C service when planned for the same household and service period.
Tier A families use Notion for the adjustable calendar. Notion’s estimated $120 yearly software cost is separate from Homeschool ICU service pricing and is paid directly to Notion.
Meet Sara-Raye
I am a homeschool mother, a systems-builder, and the person behind Homeschool ICU. I have tattoos, piercings, a love of floral steampunk, and very little interest in pretending family life is tidy when it is not.
What I do take seriously is the trust involved when a parent says, “This is where we are struggling.” I built Homeschool ICU to combine human understanding with a planning system capable of holding all the details—without losing sight of the child inside them.

Warm, direct conversations for the questions that are easier to explain out loud than squeeze into a paragraph.
Thoughtful, private, human
My planning review helps me see capacity, pacing, and pressure points. My role is to understand what those numbers mean for your actual child and help you make wise, compassionate decisions around them.
